Ian Roy

Ian Roy's stories explore, with subtlety and sensitivity, the way people enter into and depart from our lives. Happily, the stories themselves linger. A powerful debut. Ian Roy was born in Ottawa. He had lived in Dawson City and Halifax, and he is a graduate of the University of Ottawa. His work had appeared in "Arc, New Muse of Contempt, The Antigonish Review and "Geist. Roy contributed the text to "The Longest Winter, his first book, a collaborative work featuring photographs by Julie Doiron. This is Roy's first book of short fiction.
