The brutal murder of a hospital pathologist and the seemingly natural death of a prison inmate become linked when the young, brilliant forensic pathologist Doctor Sarah Harper makes an unbelievable discovery on the cause of death. Initially, Harper and Detective Chief Inspector Frank Thompson don't see eye-to-eye but then Thompson seems to rub most people up the wrong way. Now with a race against time, political forces come into play which attempt to manoeuvre the plot to their own advantage and only serve to further hamper Thompson and Harper's efforts. Kill Switch gives the reader a glimpse of the investigative process and the thrill of the chase as our unlikely heroes attempt to save millions of lives.
