It is abundantly clear the way we (will) work is changing and will continue to change. #ZigZagHR offers an original, performing and sustainable framework to explore what is expected (and needed) from HR today and tomorrow. #ZigZagHR is not a plea for tabula rasa. With their vision and model the authors hope to develop a (global) #ZigZagHR-Ecosystems: a dynamic and heterogenous community of progressive HR practitioners and non-HR professionals who across the borders of their own company and countries develop and share innovative people solutions.
