This is a book of letters I wrote to my daughters, starting when my daughters were toddlers and continuing for over thirty years. Writing "love letters" to your child is rich with positive long-term consequences. It is a chance to compliment your child, affirm her, tell her how she has enriched your life and how much she means to you, thank her, give her encouragement, and tell her you love her. Many parents, like me, are not skilled at expressing their feelings.
