The Rosary has been the window through which the two-edged sword of the Word of God has been able to gain access to my soul. I discovered that the Rosary wasn't about Mary -- she would have hated us to concentrate on her -- but about her Son.... Jesus became a real human being in Mary's womb; He didn't spin Himself a body in heaven and then come down to earth. He took flesh in the same way that each one of us takes flesh, in our mother's body, and He could feel everything that we feel, suffer everything that we suffer. He got dirty, cut Himself, felt tired just as we do, and if we forget this, then we have failed to understand the whole point of the Incarnation.
