L.A. County Sheriff's Deputy, Sean Donnelly and LAPD Detective, Mark Burnett have been appointed co-directors of the Security and Intelligence Liaison Unit, a little known section of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). They were told the assignment was temporary but mandatory by the sheriff and police chief.That was three months ago.
